    Dr. Khaled S. Al-Rashidi is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the College of Law, Kuwait University. He holds an LLB from Kuwait University (2010), an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice from the University of Leeds (2016), and a PhD in Counter-Corruption Laws from the University of Leeds (2020).

    Nasser AlSabah is a police practitioner and doctoral candidate at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY) in the United States. With over a decade of service in Kuwait’s National Police Force, his research centers on police training and performance, officer culture, and criminal justice systems across the Middle East.

    Dr. Manal Al Hasawi is a globally recognized strategist and foresight practitioner with over 20 years of experience advising governments and organizations on strategy development, strategic foresight, and futures design. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Think Tank Strategy Consulting and has served in senior advisory roles across national development, security, and policy domains, collaborating with leading regional and international institutions.

    Distinguished Expert

    Retired Lieutenant General Dr. Fahad Ibrahim Al-Dosari is a distinguished forensic science and law enforcement professional who advanced to senior leadership roles in the Ministry of Interior, including Director General of Forensic Evidence and Investigations. He has lectured and trained widely on crime scene investigation, arson, and explosives, and authored influential books on physical evidence that serve as key references in regional police academies and universities.

    Dr. Muaath Almulla

    Criminal Law Expert

    Dr. Muaath Al-Mulla is an Associate Professor of Criminal Law at Kuwait International Law School and a retired Brigadier from Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law and is a certified international trainer with wide experience in criminal law, cybercrime, human rights, and digital justice. Dr. Al-Mulla has published extensively, delivered specialized training for legal and security professionals, and participated in international conferences on law and emerging technologies.

  • Dr. Hebah Alkhaldi

    Academic Researcher

    Dr. Hebah is an academic researcher specializing in Cyberlaw, with expertise in e-commerce regulation and cybersecurity governance. Holds a PhD in Cyberlaw from the University of Leeds and an LLM from Temple University. Her work focuses on strengthening Kuwait’s legal frameworks through comparative research and international collaboration.

  • Dr. Fajer Alhalban

    Psychologist

    Dr. Fajer is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of practice specializing in the assessment and treatment of complex mental health conditions through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Cairo University and advanced postdoctoral training from Behavioral Tech and the British Isles DBT Institute. Dr. Fajer is trained in CBT, ACT, and NVC, with over 280 hours of international DBT training and 95 hours of clinical supervision.
